Risk Controls Business Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Maintain awareness of business operations and influence stakeholders to pursue technology enhancements related to risk and fraud.
• Drive security enhancements by partnering with stakeholders across business units.
• Manage project documentation, provide recurring progress updates, and address potential obstacles.
• Educate business stakeholders about fraud risks and follow up on enhancement initiatives.
• Provide risk monitoring and investigative services, including off-hours support when needed.
• Centralize and streamline risk mitigation techniques across multiple systems, regions, and centers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Strong analytical, logical problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lead, influence, drive change, and participate in off-hours calls when needed.

Nice to have

• Previous presentation experience.
• Experience coordinating with multiple lines of business.
• Strong understanding of credit card operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
