Business Analyst (Financial & Risk Reconciliation)

What you will do

• Gather, define, map, and manage Finance and Risk data requirements with Business Data Owners, Data Stewards, and stakeholders.
• Support data onboardhirify.global, logical and conceptual data modellhirify.global, solution development, and operational data delivery.
• Perform reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with data engineers and modelers to integrate data across the hirify.global landscape.
• Develop UAT plans and comprehensive test scenarios, includhirify.global regression testhirify.global.
• Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of data management standards.

Requirements

• Experience managhirify.global and analyzhirify.global large datasets.
• Strong SQL and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience gatherhirify.global, managhirify.global, and translathirify.global business and data requirements.
• Understandhirify.global of logical and conceptual data models.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments, UAT, and regression testhirify.global.
• Experience supporthirify.global statutory and regulatory reporthirify.global, with strong analytical, problem-solvhirify.global, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of bankhirify.global products from an accounthirify.global or regulatory reporthirify.global perspective.
• Experience improvhirify.global financial reporthirify.global processes.
• Knowledge of Finance, Risk, and Data Management domains.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics or a related field.
