Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom

Salary: £35,875 per year, plus a £5,200 or £6,200 car allowance and uncapped commission.

What you will do

• Prospect for new business and win new clients.
• Meet customers virtually and face-to-face to understand their goals.
• Design and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Negotiate and close new business deals.
• Manage customer accounts for up to 12 months after the sale.
• Use data insights to improve return on investment for clients.

Requirements

• Proven success in sales, including field sales or high-performing telesales.
• Confidence building relationships and negotiating.
• Resilience, positivity, and strong presentation skills.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS is beneficial but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six points.
