What you will do

• Set and support departmental KPIs, develop action plans, and contribute to achieving corporate targets.
• Support market penetration and expansion across existing and new countries of operation.
• Build and maintain relationships through regular meetings and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
• Identify business opportunities, develop tailored market strategies, and promote company products and services.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and market analyses to support decision-making.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to support high performance.

Requirements

• BSc in Business Administration or a related business field.
• Proven experience in business development, client or partner relations, or a similar role.
• Fluent Swahili with excellent oral and written English skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, client-handling, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Good management and leadership skills, self-motivation, resilience under pressure, and computer literacy.
