Salary: $61.00–$79.67 per hour

What you will do

• Provide inpatient and outpatient care for patients receiving neurointerventional radiology services.
• Conduct pre- and post-procedure visits, patient assessments, physical examinations, and ongoing outpatient management.
• Round on inpatients and assist with procedures in the Neurointerventional Radiology lab.
• Order and interpret tests, prescribe medications and therapies, and document patient care.
• Educate patients, families, staff, and students while collaborating with physicians and other disciplines.
• Participate in shared on-call coverage, quality improvement, research, committees, and continuing education.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing or physician assistant program.
• Current Illinois licensure is required as an APRN or Physician Assistant; APRNs also need national certification approved by the Illinois APRN Board.
• Acute care certification is required for APRNs; inpatient NP experience may be accepted instead.
• Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Privileging and credentialing through the hirify.global Medical Staff Office.
• Controlled substance licensing and a DEA number may be pursued after licensure.

• Two years of advanced practice provider experience.
