Program Services Director (Healthcare)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States — hirify.global Corporate HQ

Salary: $102,400–$179,000 annually, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage sourcing and implementation activity for the Northeastern Purchasing Coalition aggregation group.
• Build relationships with Yale New Haven, NPC staff, member health systems, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead sourcing, RFP, contracting, negotiation, and implementation activities to improve value, terms, and conditions.
• Develop pipeline opportunities, reporting insights, and strategic recommendations with internal and external analysts.
• Present successes, opportunities, and challenges to leadership and healthcare stakeholders.
• Mentor sourcing team members and manage supplier onboarding for the Reveal program.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of relevant experience in healthcare, contracting, negotiating, or sales.
• Relevant degree preferred; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to senior management.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in management, team leadership, or consulting.
• Knowledge of healthcare product and service categories, especially cardiovascular, orthopedics, and trauma.
