Process Engineer (AOI)

What you will do

• Sustain daily activities for automated optical inspection (AOI).
• Support new product introduction activities, including NPI release reviews and safe launch data analysis.
• Perform root cause analysis for AOI failures identified through customer feedback and production line issues.
• Provide technical support for process yield, quality, productivity, and cost improvement projects.
• Manage process changes, documentation, control assessments, and revisions to improve process robustness.
• Coordinate daily activities and improvement projects with production, QA, and EE teams, while supporting internal, certification, and customer audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience with automated optical inspection, including Camtek Falcon or Eagle and/or Onto Dragonfly systems.
• Good knowledge of statistics and proficiency with statistical tools such as Minitab and JMP.
• Experience with process and quality control, quality management systems, process audits, and risk assessment.
• Strong background in pre-assembly project management and Advanced Product Quality Planning.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills; the role is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with FMEA, control plans, work instructions, and process specification revisions.
