Sr Market Planner (Healthcare Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage the supply of finished goods, equipment, and spare parts through coordination with internal and external suppliers.
• Develop inventory deployment plans to support product availability and efficient stock levels.
• Monitor inventory performance, analyze variances, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage purchase orders and coordinate inbound shipments.
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, Customer Service, Quality, and Commercial teams to resolve supply issues.
• Lead supply risk mitigation, allocation strategies, product launches, lifecycle changes, and inventory optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service, or inventory planning.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with planning or ERP systems.
• English proficiency required.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, customer-focus, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement skills.
