What you will do

• Manage monthly and quarterly financial close activities across multiple ledgers and legal entities.
• Execute intercompany eliminations, consolidation entries, currency revaluation, translation runs, and FX analyses.
• Administer prepaid expenses, maintain lease schedules under ASC 842, and prepare asset, liability, and accrued liability forecasts.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, analytical reviews, regulatory filings, and supporting schedules for SEC 10-Q and 10-K reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, cross-functional teams, and external auditors to align actuals, forecasts, and reported results.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including US GAAP and disciplined workpaper preparation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, meeting leadership, and prioritization skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must provide satisfactory proof of the right to work in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• CPA qualification.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, BlackLine, and Concur.
• Sales office accounting experience.
