Senior Professional Services Engineer (DevSecOps), Japan

What you will do

• Deliver customer-facing installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements across hirify.global capabilities.
• Design and deploy environments ranging from single-node Omnibus installations to large reference architectures using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code.
• Lead migrations from other systems to hirify.global SaaS or self-managed hirify.global deployments.
• Advise customers on practical implementation plans, reliability, security, and workflow improvements.
• Coordinate with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, product, and engineering teams to improve delivery and share customer feedback.
• Manage multiple engagements and mentor Associate and Intermediate Professional Services Engineers.

Requirements

• Professional experience with Infrastructure as Code or Configuration as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
• Professional experience with at least two cloud providers, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience deploying or configuring hirify.global and a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
• Experience delivering customer-facing installation, migration, training, or advisory services.
• Ability to independently manage projects and lead engineers on complex engagements.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; must be located in Japan and have full working rights in Japan.
