Digital Software Sr Engineer I (Cloud)

What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, and sustain production-grade software that enables digital customer experiences.
• Build and maintain software layers across the user interface, services, data stores, and communication systems.
• Partner with Product Management and technology leadership to deliver intuitive products and introduce performance-improving technologies.
• Improve consistency, reliability, supportability, and observability across services.
• Analyze product trade-offs, communicate solutions, and collaborate with teams across organizational levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, plus five years of relevant experience; seven years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• At least five years of experience delivering commercial cloud and backend software products and services at enterprise-to-internet scale.
• At least five years of experience with software engineering practices across the full development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.
• Strong foundations in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
