Software Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid with an expectation of working in person at the San Francisco office

Salary: More than $170,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain hirify.global’s developer platforms, dashboard UI, integrations, and related services.
• Work directly with customers and company leadership to define product plans and feature priorities.
• Build user interfaces for hirify.global Backend Components.
• Improve the dashboard, CLI, and MCP experience for AI agents.
• Upgrade role-based access control with access tokens and more granular permissions for integrations.
• Contribute across the stack while maintaining high standards for product quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Strong UX sensibilities and enthusiasm for building intuitive interfaces.
• Ability to understand customer needs and business requirements, including those of larger organizations.
• Ability to write high-quality code across different layers of the stack.
• Strong conceptual thinking and architectural judgment.
• Appreciation for simplicity, pragmatism, craftsmanship, and long-term technical implications.
• Interest in working in person at the San Francisco office.
