Growth Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; in-person work from the San Francisco office is required

Salary: $190K–$245K plus equity

What you will do

• Define hirify.global’s growth-engineering strategy, operating model, tooling, and standards.
• Develop and own growth features across mobile, web, backend, and lifecycle channels from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Identify opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and referral.
• Design rapid experiments, define success metrics, instrument experiences, and turn results into product decisions.
• Improve onboarding, signup, parent experiences, referrals, notifications, and other growth loops.
• Build experimentation, analytics, and data systems while partnering with product, design, marketing, engineering, and leadership.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering ability and experience shipping high-quality product work for rapid iteration.
• Demonstrated impact from product or growth initiatives.
• Experience with growth and product judgment, including funnels, growth loops, and user motivation.
• Ability to define metrics, design and interpret experiments, and use data for product decisions.
• Experience with analytics and experimentation tools such as SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Segment.
• Strong ownership, product sense, communication, and ability to work across engineering, product, design, marketing, and business.

Nice to have

• Experience with Flutter, native iOS or Android, React, Python, or comparable technologies.
• Experience building products for children and parents, mobile growth, consumer subscriptions, lifecycle systems, or referral products.
• Experience integrating Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, CRMs, or other third-party systems.
• Experience with GenAI products, GenAI development tools, or evaluation pipelines.
• Experience helping establish a new function, practice, or team.
