Location: On-site in NYC, US. The team is also described as being based in London, with visa sponsorship available.

What you will do

• Own work from requirements gathering and research through experimentation, implementation, and iteration.
• Design and ship systems that support enterprise customers and their critical operations.
• Work across backend, frontend, and full-stack engineering depending on areas of strength.
• Speak with customers and help shape product direction.
• Build and improve agentic systems, including specialized LLM harnesses and enterprise-compliant routing.

Requirements

• Strong pragmatic engineering fundamentals and evidence of shipped work.
• Experience building with AI as a core part of the product.
• Experience shipping agentic systems; side projects are accepted.
• Strong product instincts and the ability to solve customer problems.
• Curiosity about how AI systems behave, fail, and improve.
• Ability to work on-site in NYC, US.
