Talent Engagement Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $125,800–$203,500 per year

What you will do

• Design systems and initiatives that connect inclusion and talent engagement goals with business outcomes.
• Architect, manage, and audit external partner ecosystems such as AFROTECH and WiCyS.
• Lead cross-functional programs with Marketing, Product, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Deploy AI and automation tools to streamline administrative workflows and logistical tracking.
• Partner with Inclusion & Engagement leadership on global enablement, Employee Network Groups, and Business Impact Projects.
• Track assigned program spending and maintain budget compliance.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience and a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent military experience.
• Experience designing and auditing external partner ecosystems for product awareness and talent engagement.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects across Marketing, Product, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Experience configuring and deploying AI or automation tools to eliminate manual processes.
• Strong financial discipline and experience managing centralized program budgets.
• Data-driven experience tracking program effectiveness and turning insights into recommendations.
