Machine Learning Engineer (AI)

Location: Mountain View, US; hybrid position requiring in-office work two days a week

Salary: $227,000–$277,000 base salary per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Build and ship agent-driven chatbots and GenAI workflows with measurable customer impact.
• Own features end to end, from definition and design through implementation, evaluation, and impact measurement.
• Use modern AI development tools, including Cursor, Codex, and Claude-style assistants.
• Collaborate with product, machine lhirify.globalg, and engineering teams.
• Improve approaches to designing, iterating, and building software with AI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and thoughtful system design skills.
• Experience writing reliable, durable, and maintainable code.
• Initiative, proactive problem-solving, rapid lhirify.globalg, and a growth mindset.
• Interest in GenAI, AI agents, and AI-assisted software development.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with GenAI or AI agents.
• Experience using Copilot, Cursor, LLMs, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
