Institutional Trust Officer III (Asset Management)

Location: Remote from an approved home location in select U.S. geographic locations; the listed home location is California. Occasional in-office participation may be required.

Base salary: $70,000–$130,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Administer complex accounts where hirify.global serves as trustee, executor, agent, or custodian.
• Execute account documents and ensure compliance with fiduciary, legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
• Manage client relationships, resolve account issues, and escalate legal or compliance concerns.
• Retain assets under management or administration by educating clients, beneficiaries, and gatekeepers about available resources.
• Identify client needs, refer opportunities to banking partners, and build a client referral network.
• Coordinate customer communications, technology needs, presentations, and management or committee materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of asset management, financial operations, regulatory environments, and fiduciary or trust administration.
• Strong account management, relationship management, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess and manage business risks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
