Sr. Analyst Operations Technology

Location: Phoenix, AZ, USA; hybrid schedule with onsite presence four days per week and one remote day per week

What you will do

• Drive fleet modernization projects by translating business processes into scalable technology solutions.
• Partner with IT management, architecture, development, and project leads to ensure solutions meet business requirements and deployment timelines.
• Create process flow diagrams, technical flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and integration guidance.
• Define reporting metrics, source-data calculations, report layouts, technical specifications, and test scripts.
• Use SQL and other analytical tools to extract data, build reports, evaluate performance trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Report project KPIs to leadership and maintain data systems, reporting processes, and documentation.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a business or technical analysis role.
• At least three years of project management experience.
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Experience in workflow modeling, data modeling, and process engineering.
• Ability to extract and analyze data from large data warehouses using SQL, SAS, or advanced Excel.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R scripting, plus familiarity with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
