Legal AI Analyst (AI)

Location: New York office at 200 Liberty; candidates must be located within commuting distance of a U.S. hirify.global office. Other listed offices include Baltimore, Boston, and Washington, D.C.

Salary: $62,000–$63,000 per year in New York; $54,000–$55,800 in Baltimore; $59,000–$60,600 in Boston; $58,000–$60,000 in Washington, D.C.

What you will do

• Experiment with and evaluate legal AI platforms including Harvey, Legora, Claude Cowork, and Microsoft Copilot/Cowork.
• Develop and test AI-powered workflows for structured finance transactions.
• Support document drafting and analysis, legal research, and transaction processes.
• Develop prompts, workflows, and techniques for improving AI system outputs.
• Test AI-generated work product for accuracy, reliability, and usefulness.
• Work with attorneys and technology professionals to implement successful workflows and improve inefficient manual processes.

Requirements

• Must be located within commuting distance of a U.S. hirify.global office.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a background in computer science, data science, information technology, engineering, AI, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms is desired.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, along with a strong academic record.
• Ability to learn new software and AI tools quickly and approach problem-solving creatively and independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with spreadsheets, data analysis, coding, automation, or other technology tools.
• Interest in law, finance, or legal technology.
