IT Lead SAP Service Maintenance (AI)

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States of America; hybrid role based in Raritan, NJ. Travel up to 10%, domestic and international.

Salary: $94,000–$151,800 base pay per year.

What you will do

• Lead SAP service maintenance for the MedTech ERP domain across SAP ECC and S/4HANA business services.
• Own service-level management, including SLAs and OLAs, performance monitoring, reporting, service reviews, compliance, and data governance.
• Manage the SAP application and technology portfolio, CMDB accuracy, lifecycle assessments, business impact, and costs.
• Lead incident and problem management, major incident communications, root-cause analysis, prioritization, and sustainable corrective actions.
• Improve knowledge management, self-service, automation, and continuous service improvement using KPIs and customer feedback.
• Advance observability, predictive analytics, intelligent incident management, and self-healing services while supporting supply-chain transformation programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting and administering SAP applications and technologies.
• Experience with SAP ECC and related technologies, including GTS, MDG, CRM, BW, APO, GRC, SAP BusinessObjects, NetWeaver Portal, Process Orchestration, Gateway/Fiori, LVM, Web Dispatcher, and HANA.
• In-depth knowledge of OTC and Finance, plus experience in at least one supply-chain functional area such as Plan, Deliver, Source, Make, Quality, or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including incident, change, problem, and release management, along with vendor and performance management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, ownership, and cross-cultural relationship management skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on S/4HANA experience.
• SAP certification.
• Experience with SAP, Informatica, Tableau, or WebMethods.
• End-to-end supply-chain business process knowledge.
