Focus on developing scientific plans, translating stakeholder insights into actionable input, supporting data dissemination and publications, and maintaining high standards across external medical activities.

What you will do

  • Lead medical-to-medical communications with healthcare professionals and scientific stakeholders in the field.
  • Serve as a scientific expert for healthcare professionals, medical societies, academia, regulators, and other external stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute medical scientific strategies focused on oncology.
  • Manage medical stakeholders and provide actionable medical insights to business units.
  • Support internal stakeholders and contribute to medical compliance.

Requirements

  • Medical degree, preferably with a specialty in a clinical area, research, or epidemiology.
  • At least 3 years of experience in oncology medical affairs or related scientific roles, including external scientific engagement, clinical research, data dissemination, and collaboration with healthcare stakeholders.
  • Experience with manuscript compilation and the journal publication process.
  • Strategic, analytical, interpersonal, communication, teamwork, leadership, and accountability skills.
  • Continuous-improvement and innovation mindset.
  • Availability to travel more than 50% of the time.
