Senior Physician (AI Oncology)

Location: Remote within Colombia, including Medellín, Tolima, and Bogotá

What you will do

• Review and validate AI-abstracted diagnoses, disease stages, biomarkers, treatment histories, laboratory results, and imaging findings against source medical records.
• Evaluate patient eligibility against clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria.
• Provide clinical quality assurance in the human-in-the-loop review process by identifying abstraction errors, edge cases, and misinterpretations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations on referral-to-enrollment workflows and document clinical findings for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Work with Product and Engineering to improve AI-driven clinical matching workflows.
• Represent the clinical and scientific position in meetings, conferences, advisory boards, and discussions with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and other industry stakeholders.

Requirements

• MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Senior clinical background in oncology and/or hematology.
• Experience interpreting EHR data, pathology and imaging reports, laboratory results, treatment histories, and complex or incomplete medical information.
• Advanced English proficiency for fluent communication of clinical and scientific content in international settings.
• Established professional network in oncology, hematology, and clinical research.
• Confidence and experience representing an organization with senior executives and external stakeholders.
