Video Producer (Fintech)

Location: NYC, United States; work is on-site.

Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year, plus equity, healthcare benefits, paid time off, and an uncapped quarterly performance bonus.

What you will do

• Edit long-form episodes, short-form clips, product videos, and brand content from rough cut through final delivery.
• Manage the publishing calendar and track content across X, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Adapt long-form content into platform-native edits with tailored hooks, pacing, and packaging.
• Shoot interviews, studio productions, events, and run-and-gun content using cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Monitor views, retention, and engagement to improve edits, formats, and content performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in video editing, content production, social content, agency work, in-house production, or independent creation.
• A portfolio or reel demonstrating cinematic quality, strong performance, or both.
• Fluency with Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro, including visual treatments, sound design, and pacing.
• Confident camera operation with solid framing, lighting, and audio fundamentals.
• Understanding of platform dynamics, especially X and LinkedIn, plus strong storytelling, brand consistency, and aesthetic judgment.
• Ability to work quickly while staying organized and detail-oriented.
