Head of Money Markets and Cash Management (Fintech)

Location: Cyprus, London, Dubai, the Bahamas, or Mauritius. Work from anywhere in the world is available.

What you will do

• Own the cash and money markets business plan, balance-growth strategy, and P&L.
• Build cash management, liquidity fund distribution, and brokerage cash propositions for institutional, corporate, and eligible direct clients.
• Source and negotiate partnerships with fund managers, banks, custodians, distribution platforms, and cash-sweep providers.
• Design client yield and revenue models covering platform fees, sweep economics, FX conversion, funding costs, liquidity, and service costs.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Relationship Managers, and Support.
• Deliver subscriptions, redemptions, NAV processing, interest accruals, cash movements, statements, reconciliations, and buying-power workflows.

Requirements

• Experience launching or scaling a cash management platform, liquidity fund distribution business, or brokerage cash proposition with commercial and operational ownership.
• Practical expertise in money market funds, share classes, fund dealing, short-term rates, cash sweeps, and client asset treatment.
• Experience negotiating with asset managers, banks, or fund platforms and converting agreements into operating products.
• Ability to model net client yield and retained economics while distinguishing APY, fund yield, deposit interest, and bond yield to maturity.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, institutional client communication, and product distribution experience.
• Professional English required.
