Head of Fixed Income Products (Fintech)

Location: Remote; work from anywhere in the world. Listed office locations include Cyprus, London, Dubai, the Bahamas, and Mauritius.

hirify.global is hiring for its B2PRIME fixed-income products business.

What you will do

• Own the fixed-income business plan, P&L, budget, client segments, instrument universe, pricing, liquidity expectations, and market rollout sequence.
• Select and negotiate with brokerage, dealer, RFQ, custody, data, carrying broker, and institutional venue partners.
• Build executable pricing and client economics models covering clean and dirty price, accrued interest, denomination, minimum size, yields, commissions, markups, FX, and settlement costs.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Treasury, Product, and Engineering on eligibility, limits, disclosures, security master data, settlement, valuation, reconciliation, and corporate events.
• Design trading and service models for retail tickets and institutional blocks, including agency execution, principal inventory, liquidity disclosures, funding, and hedging requirements.
• Build distribution through brokers, banks, treasury buyers, and direct investors; train Sales and Support and recruit the specialist team.

Requirements

• Experience launching or scaling a fixed-income brokerage, electronic distribution, or investment product business with responsibility for execution access, operations, and commercial results.
• Deep practical knowledge of government and corporate bonds, credit, duration, accrued interest, yield conventions, denominations, coupons, maturities, calls, and trade-size liquidity.
• Experience working with bond dealers, carrying or custody partners, RFQ or electronic venues, and instrument and pricing data providers.
• Ability to design controlled client products, negotiate partner economics, and lead cross-functional delivery.
• Strong institutional client communication and team leadership skills.
• Professional English required. Credit research, portfolio management, or trading experience must include demonstrable brokerage or product-building work.
