Manager, IT Development

Location: Full-time onsite employment at the hirify.global Chesapeake Store Support Center, 510 Volvo Parkway, Chesapeake, Virginia 23320. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $118,500–$131,750 per year

What you will do

• Lead Business Analysts and manage the quality of business requirements and solution deliverables.
• Coordinate IT project design, development, testing, implementation, and production rollout.
• Lead back-office applications including Lawson Finance/HR, Workday, SAP Concur, Tango Lease Accounting, and supporting platforms.
• Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders on system enhancements, process improvements, and strategic roadmap initiatives.
• Manage vendors, service providers, SLAs, application performance, system availability, user access, and issue escalations.
• Plan team capacity, prioritize work, allocate resources, define project standards, and mentor Business Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, MIS, or a related field.
• 10+ years of related management and merchandising technology experience.
• Experience with ERP, financial management, HCM, payroll, procurement, sourcing, reporting, integration, and job scheduling systems.
• Experience with Lawson, Oracle, SAP, Workday, SAP Ariba, and Concur.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in an IT department, and experience managing large, complex, cross-functional technology projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data analytics tools, and query languages, along with strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Experience in a multi-banner integration environment.
• Retail or consumer products experience.
• Experience managing internal and external contractors, including offshore teams.
