hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, remediation, and support of client network infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Design and support Cisco and Meraki routing, switching, wireless, firewall, VPN, SD-WAN, segmentation, and secure connectivity solutions.
• Conduct network assessments, discovery workshops, infrastructure reviews, and modernization planning engagements.
• Lead network migrations, integrations, remediation efforts, infrastructure transformations, and M&A-related technology transitions.
• Support Azure networking, including virtual networks, VPN gateways, network security groups, hybrid connectivity, and Microsoft 365 dependencies.
• Troubleshoot complex networking and security issues, create technical documentation, collaborate with clients and vendors, and mentor engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience, education, and training may substitute. Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience required; 6 years preferred.
• Experience with network assessments, remediation planning, target-state design, infrastructure modernization, and M&A-related transitions is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, carriers, managed service providers, and cross-functional teams.

• Cisco, Meraki, Azure, Cisco Umbrella, security, or other relevant networking certifications.
• Experience with scripting and Infrastructure as Code tools.
