V&V Test Technician (Robotics)

Location: Ahihud, Israel; full-time, hands-on laboratory and field work.

What you will do

• Perform hands-on testing and validation of robotic systems and subsystems in laboratory and field environments.
• Set up, execute, document, and maintain records for V&V tests, experiments, configurations, results, and conclusions.
• Operate robots and test equipment, prepare instrumentation, and support field trials.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and summarize test data, identifying trends and anomalies.
• Develop simple software tools and scripts for test-data processing, visualization, analysis, and automation.
• Coordinate testing at external laboratories and collaborate with Systems, Mechanical, Electronics, Firmware, and Software engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on technical capabilities and practical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with testing, validation, laboratory work, or similar technical activities.
• Ability to independently execute structured test procedures and experiments.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present technical data.
• Basic programming or scripting skills for data analysis and automation.
• Willingness to perform field testing and work outdoors when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotic or electromechanical systems.
• Experience with Python and AI coding.
• Experience with PV modules or solar systems.
• Experience coordinating tests with external laboratories.
