Hardware Team Lead (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead and manage the Board Design and Layout engineering team, providing technical direction, mentorship, and support.
• Own hardware projects end to end, from architecture and design through validation and mass production.
• Guide key technical decisions and help resolve complex hardware engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
• Build customer relationships, understand technical needs, and act as a technical point of contact throughout projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in hardware board design.
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of digital circuits, power systems, and high-speed board design.
• System-level understanding of hardware/software interfacing, validation, verification, DFT, and qualification.
• Strong analytical skills, independence, and the ability to perform under pressure.
