What you will do

• Coordinate and execute hands-on functional and reliability tests on full systems and components.
• Select, calibrate, and install instrumentation, including strain gauges, thermocouples, and accelerometers.
• Collect and analyze test data using data acquisition systems and Python scripts.
• Evaluate test results to ensure compliance with automotive standards, specifications, and customer expectations.
• Conduct failure analysis investigations to diagnose failed components and identify root causes.
• Generate formal technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a System or Integration Technician.
• Experience in operating lab equipment.
• Experience in wiring test plans and producing technical reports.
• English: High level of proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Rosh Ha'Ayin, Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience in Failure Analysis.
• Ability to analyze collected data using Python scripts or MATLAB.
• Experience with validation/verification testing of Electro-Optical systems.
