System Qualification Technician (Automotive)

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute functional and reliability testing of complete systems and components.
• Select, calibrate, and install instrumentation such as strain gauges, thermocouples, and accelerometers.
• Collect and analyze test data using data acquisition systems, Python scripts, and other processing tools.
• Evaluate results against specifications, regulations, customer requirements, acceptance criteria, and automotive standards.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings and conclusions to stakeholders.
• Investigate failures, diagnose failed components, and identify root causes; some testing may require night shifts.

Requirements

• Experience as a system technician or integration technician.
• Experience operating laboratory equipment.
• Experience writing test plans and reports.
• High level of English required.
• Experience with failure analysis, Python or MATLAB data analysis, and electro-optical system validation or verification testing is advantageous.
