TL;DR

Location: Kenilworth, New Jersey, USA / New York Metropolitan Area; primarily remote or office-based with regular travel throughout the NY/NJ region and visits to project sites, customer locations, warehouses, and subcontractor facilities.

Salary: $105,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead scheduling, allocation, and deployment of site supervisors, installation technicians, commissioning resources, and subcontractors across regional projects.
  • Forecast labor requirements, identify staffing gaps and resource constraints, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate with TechOps, Field Implementation, Project Management, Service, and subcontractor teams to align labor with project schedules and customer commitments.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, statements of work, performance evaluation, labor rates, availability, and future engagement recommendations.
  • Support project startup, execution, reporting, closeout, field issue resolution, and coordination between Installation and Service teams.
  • Track tools, test equipment, materials, fleet resources, and logistics while driving improvements in deployment standards and workforce utilization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing labor resources, field operations, installation teams, or project execution across multiple job sites.
  • Experience in audiovisual, technology integration, construction, or related field deployment environments.
  • Experience with subcontractors, workforce planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently in remote settings.
