What you will do

• Receive and validate prescriptions for clinical review.
• Process patient information and maintain accurate records for the supply of cannabis-based medicines.
• Support the Responsible Pharmacist, Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Technicians with daily pharmacy operations.
• Act as the first point of contact for pharmacy queries from patients and other stakeholders.
• Maintain stock levels and security of cannabis-based medicines on site.
• Support Department of Health communications and pharmacy governance to meet regulatory and safety requirements.

Requirements

• UK-qualified Pharmacy Dispenser.
• Experience working in a pharmacy dispensary in a primary or secondary care environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Effective communication with staff, patients, and healthcare professionals.
• Professional, ethical approach with a commitment to customer care.
• Good computer literacy and working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Completion of a CPD-accredited medical cannabis educational programme; training will be provided if required.
