Trainee Pharmacy Dispensers (Digital Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. Full-time availability is required, ideally Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

What you will do

• Prepare, assemble, and package pharmacy orders accurately and on time.
• Support warehouse operations and maintain an organized workflow across the pharmacy floor.
• Learn to use hirify.global's custom-built digital pharmacy system and advanced robotic packaging system.
• Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail.
• Complete fully funded GPhC-accredited training and build formal pharmacy qualifications.

Requirements

• No previous pharmacy experience is required; full training is provided.
• Strong concentration, accuracy, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Comfort with learning new software, digital systems, and robotics.
• Ability to collaborate with onsite colleagues and remote support teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.
• Independent, permanent right to work in the United Kingdom full-time is required. Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
