Product Head of AI (Agentic AI/Payments): Defining and scaling the multi-year product vision for DEUNA’s agentic AI ecosystem and digital workforce platform with an accent on agent orchestration, workflow automation, AI evaluation, and enterprise payment infrastructure. Focus on leading Product Managers, shaping scalable API-driven architecture, establishing safety guardrails, and connecting product KPIs to merchant adoption and business growth.
Location: Remote; United States, Bogotá, Colombia, or Ciudad de México, Mexico

What you will do
- Define and lead the 3+ year product vision and strategy for the agentic AI ecosystem.
- Lead, develop, and scale a team of Product Managers, including team structure, hiring plans, and career development.
- Drive the evolution of AI agent orchestration, task delegation, digital workforce automation, and capabilities platforms.
- Design product approaches for human oversight, agent evaluation, monitoring, quality assurance, safety, and compliance.
- Partner with Engineering on scalable architecture and with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships on market needs.
- Own business performance, product KPIs, merchant adoption, platform scalability, and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience leading multiple product teams or managing Product Managers.
- Strong background in AI/ML products, automation platforms, or agentic systems.
- Understanding of LLM-powered agents, orchestration, workflow automation, human-in-the-loop design, AI evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.
- Experience building and scaling API-driven platforms and collaborating with Engineering on complex systems.
- Advanced or native-level English required; role is remote from the United States, Colombia, or Mexico.
