Salary range for qualifying roles based in California, New York, Colorado, Massachusetts, or Washington State: $108,000–$130,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact for financial services research projects.
• Manage multiple custom research studies from proposal writing and pricing through survey design, field management, data processing, analysis, reporting, and delivery.
• Create and manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and resolve survey or operational issues.
• Design or review surveys based on client business questions and apply weighting or multivariate analytical techniques.
• Write research reports with actionable insights and recommendations and present findings to clients.
• Lead client meetings, provide timely updates, and build relationships that support repeat business.

Requirements

• 6–10 or more years of experience conducting custom market research projects.
• Experience on the research vendor side with progressive responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative research techniques, statistics, and advanced marketing science applications.
• Understanding of survey programming logic and the ability to write research reports with minimal supervision.
• Strong client communication, organization, multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience with PowerPoint or Google Slides; financial services sector knowledge is preferred.
