Senior Project Manager (Biomanufacturing)

What you will do

• Oversee, track, and ensure the effective management of major facility projects.
• Lead projects involving process and system improvements, facility and equipment capital investments, and functional-area GxP initiatives.
• Manage technology transfer, new product introduction, and operations readiness projects.
• Provide direct project management leadership or support for specific projects.
• Manage strategic projects and participate in site Project Portfolio Governance meetings.
• Improve site project management capabilities through coaching, training, and standardized best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in project management, 4 years in GxP operations, 2 years in biomanufacturing, and 2 years in a supervisory role with direct reports.
• Experience with technology transfer, new product introduction, operations readiness, process improvement, and business systems implementation.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, communication, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven approach and experience managing project budgets.

Nice to have

• Capital expenditure project experience.
• PMP certification.
• LEAN certification.
• Expertise with MS Project.
