Location: Arlington, Virginia, or Huntsville, Alabama, United States. Full-time onsite role with up to 5% travel.

What you will do
- Administer prime contracts and subcontracts from award through closeout while ensuring compliance with contractual terms, regulations, and company policies.
- Support proposals by reviewing solicitations, preparing contractual volumes and certifications, and participating in color team reviews.
- Act as a contractual point of contact for Government Contracting Officers, CORs, subcontractors, program managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor funding, costs, deliverables, milestones, and contractual risks, coordinating resolutions and escalating high-risk matters.
- Lead routine contract modification negotiations and support complex negotiations under senior guidance.
- Maintain contract files, support audits, and use Icertis CLM and AI-assisted tools to improve accuracy and review cycle time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with at least five years of relevant contracts administration experience, or 8–10 years of progressive experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Deltek Costpoint.
- Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, applicable agency supplements, and federal government contracting practices.
- Experience administering CPFF, CPAF, FFP, and T&M contract types.
- Experience with Teaming Agreements, NDAs, and subcontract agreements, plus strong analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Must work in Arlington, Virginia, or Huntsville, Alabama; up to 5% travel is required.
Nice to have
- Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance if required.
- NCMA certification such as CPCM, CCCM, or CFCM.
