Audit Associate Senior (Banking)

Location: In-office role based in Cleveland, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Raleigh, NC; or Birmingham, AL

Base salary: $63,750.00–$106,250.00 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Independently support financial, compliance, and operational audit reviews.
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and identify risks.
• Use data literacy, visualization, and analysis to produce actionable insights.
• Identify and communicate audit findings to audit management.
• Prepare clear, concise, and accurate audit work papers.
• Build productive, consultative relationships with audit teams and business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of internal audit, internal controls, risk assessments, and risk management.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking, planning, organization, and written communication skills.
• Must work in-office in one of the listed United States locations.
