Audit Senior Associate

Location: Spokane, Washington, USA; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $74,900–$98,990 per year in Spokane, WA. Pay ranges also vary by Washington location.

What you will do

• Provide assurance and consulting services as part of industry-specific client engagement teams.
• Gather client information, complete audit testing, and respond to questions throughout the year.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities.
• Perform and review substantive testing of balance sheets and income statements.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Discuss findings and business recommendations with Managers and Partners while supporting team development.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• At least three years of professional experience.
• Eligibility to obtain a CPA license.
• Three or more years of financial statement auditing experience in a public accounting firm preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, organizational, leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or active progress toward completing the CPA exams.
• Bachelor’s, master’s, or advanced degree in accounting.
• Microsoft Suite skills.
