Internal Audit Manager (AI)

Salary: $127,500–$188,700 per year

What you will do

• Manage and execute end-to-end operational, financial, compliance, and strategic risk-based audits.
• Support risk assessments, annual audit planning, continuous monitoring, and root cause analysis.
• Lead SOX 404 compliance activities, including scoping, walkthroughs, testing, IT general controls, and automated controls.
• Coordinate and supervise internal audit staff and co-sourced resources while partnering with business leaders, external auditors, and senior management.
• Drive audit transformation through Generative AI, prompt engineering, data analytics, process automation, and continuous auditing.
• Evaluate cybersecurity, data privacy, AI governance, system implementations, and emerging technology risks.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of internal audit or related experience; Big Four experience is a plus.
• CPA, CIA, CISA, or a related university degree.
• Understanding of accounting and auditing standards, SOX compliance, controls rationalization, and public-company requirements.
• Experience with business process analysis, IT and systems audit, ERP systems, accounting, and report writing.
• Practical experience or strong interest in AI productivity tools, prompt optimization, data automation, and visualization.
• Strong communication, project management, organizational, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the entertainment or gaming industry.
• Knowledge of IIA Standards.
