nCino / Salesforce Admin – Commercial Systems Analyst

Salary: USD 78,000–90,000 per year, plus a 10% annual target bonus

What you will do

• Administer, maintain, and optimize credit systems and third-party integrations.
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, maintenance, testing, validation, and deployments.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for system issues, user support, training, and guidance.
• Manage system configurations, user access, security permissions, and data integrity.
• Develop and update system procedures and policies while tracking changes, accomplishments, and backlog items.
• Collaborate with business units, Information Technology, vendors, developers, and testers on requirements, data mapping, releases, and process improvements.

Requirements

• College degree or technical training.
• Previous lending experience required.
• 3+ years of relevant systems experience preferred; nCino experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial institution software programs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, customer service, relationship, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across employee levels, and occasionally work evenings or weekends.
