Media Operations Associate (Sports Media)

Location: Toronto, ON; remote role

Salary: $45,000–$50,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Deliver accurate and timely scores, statistics, odds, and news across leagues and tournaments on all platforms.
• Support the execution, delivery, monitoring, quality assurance, and optimization of media campaigns and advertising initiatives.
• Monitor application alerts and functionality, identify urgent issues, and escalate them appropriately.
• Provide product support to users submitting feedback, asking questions, or experiencing difficulties.
• Conduct quality assurance for new leagues and features and maintain sports data such as television listings and MMA results.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or close to completion.
• Customer service experience and clear, effective communication skills.
• Extensive sports knowledge, especially the four major professional sports leagues.
• Strong computer skills and daily experience using iPhone and Android devices.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
