Client Contact Associate Senior (CEE market)

Location: Poznań, Poland. Hybrid work is available, with full remote work offered to employees living 50 km or more from Poznań.

Salary: 80,000–90,000 PLN gross annually.

What you will do

• Answer customer and consultant inquiries by telephone and in writing, from routine to complex cases.
• Investigate customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow quality standards and support possible control activities.
• Escalate difficult issues and manage customer complaints.
• Participate in projects that support business goals and improve processes.

Requirements

• Experience in spoken and written customer service.
• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• High accuracy, quality focus, and service orientation.
• Independent, team-oriented working style with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and resilience while maintaining customer focus.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Czech.
