Associate, Capital Markets (Fintech)

What you will do

• Prepare securitization materials, including loan tapes, performance data, and marketing presentations.
• Support transaction execution by coordinating documentation with rating agencies, banks, and investors.
• Respond to investor inquiries and serve as the primary contact for securitization and whole loan reporting.
• Prepare, reconcile, and deliver monthly internal and external performance reports.
• Support investor transfers, financings, and other capital markets transactions.
• Automate daily, weekly, and monthly processes where possible.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consumer lending, fintech, or financial services.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across Finance, Risk, Accounting, Legal, and Operations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach in fast-paced environments.
