Head of Engineering & Delivery (Google Cloud/AI)

What you will do

• Define the technology vision, solution architecture standards, and innovation roadmap across cloud, data engineering, and agentic AI.
• Productize proprietary assets and repeatable delivery frameworks.
• Scale and govern an agile delivery organization across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
• Establish quality gates, RAID management, project health reviews, and executive sponsorship for strategic enterprise engagements.
• Shape complex enterprise pursuits, including technical architectures, SOWs, pitches, and Google Cloud co-selling initiatives.
• Drive account expansion from modernization projects into long-term AI and managed-service relationships.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading complex technology programs, including 7+ years in engineering leadership within professional services, systems integration, or cloud consulting.
• Deep hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, modern data platforms, and enterprise AI or GenAI implementations.
• Ownership of professional-services operations, including revenue, utilization, gross margin, rate cards, and delivery risk.
• Experience with hyperscaler co-selling, partner ecosystems, and incentive programs.
• Experience building and leading distributed delivery organizations across onshore, nearshore, and offshore regions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to advise CTO, CIO, and CDO stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience at Google Cloud, a Premier Google Cloud Partner, or an enterprise systems integrator.
• Active Google Cloud certifications in cloud architecture, data engineering, or AI/ML.
• Experience with private-equity governance, reporting, and value-creation milestones.
