Adjunct Faculty – Quality and Engineering Management

What you will do

• Plan, prepare, and deliver online courses in financial risk, project management, quality assurance, engineering economy, and industrial distribution.
• Develop syllabi, select instructional materials, and create exams, quizzes, papers, and other assessments.
• Assess student performance, provide timely feedback, and evaluate learning outcomes to improve instruction and curricula.
• Facilitate active learning, critical thinking, discussion, collaboration, and hands-on learning for students and practicing engineers.
• Provide office hours, academic guidance, feedback, and mentoring to students.
• Follow university policies, academic integrity standards, accreditation requirements, and Campus Security Authority responsibilities.

Requirements

• PhD in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Knowledge of the discipline sufficient for graduate-level instruction.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with students, staff, and faculty.
• Employment may be affected if immigration sponsorship is required; the university will not pay the stated H-1B fee.
