Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, USA; analyst positions require in-office work at least four days per week.

Salary: $86,200–$103,500 per year

What you will do

• Develop data pipelines that collect, manage, and transform raw data for business analysis, data science, and other analytical use cases.
• Build modern, scalable, reliable, and secure data solutions using cloud-based technologies.
• Support data architecture and software systems with APIs, agents, Blue/Green Deployment, chaos testing, and A/B testing.
• Apply code and data quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Participate in a structured early-career program with on-the-job learning, masterclasses, mentoring, networking, and volunteering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed by June 2027 in a STEM major or with relevant STEM coursework.
• Eligible to start the program on July 26, 2027.
• Ability to work in the office at least four days per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced team environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS services such as EMR, Glue, and Step Functions.
• Experience or knowledge of Python, PySpark, Git, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex.
