Engineering (Manufacturing) Graduate Role 2027

Location: London Plant, West Thurrock, Essex, United Kingdom; the role is based at the manufacturing plant.

Salary: £45,000 annual starting salary, plus an annual bonus based on business results.

What you will do

• Design, implement and maintain systems for collecting and analysing data on critical product and process parameters.
• Identify and reduce operational losses through process and work-system changes.
• Own critical daily management systems and related processes from the start of the role.
• Improve the capability, safety, productivity and sustainability of manufacturing systems.
• Share and reapply learning across processes, modules, plants and the wider Product Supply organisation.

Requirements

• University students completing a degree by summer 2027 in any engineering discipline, or graduates who have already completed an engineering degree.
• Strong foundational understanding of engineering principles.
• Problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Continuous or temporary right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment is required.

Hiring process
