Annual base pay: CAD 168,960–188,776.50. Equity, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation may also be provided.

What you will do

• Design and implement machine learning algorithms that learn from data and support predictions or decisions.
• Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models using experimental methodologies.
• Apply statistics, optimization, and machine learning principles to solve business problems.
• Deploy scalable machine learning solutions across hirify.global’s business systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to integrate ML insights into company-wide decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of machine learning principles.
• Knowledge of experimental methodologies, statistics, and optimization.
• Experience developing, refining, and deploying scalable machine learning solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and product management teams.
• Must work from Toronto, Canada.
