Associate Manager, Communications (Fashion Retail)

Location: New York, New York, USA (Corporate Headquarters)

Base pay range: $70,000–$85,500 per year

What you will do

• Support integrated communications across media relations, influencer and creator engagement, VIP partnerships, events, owned social media, and social impact initiatives.
• Develop press materials, storytelling angles, event assets, guest lists, and campaign recaps.
• Identify and coordinate VIP and influencer partnerships, product dressing opportunities, gifting, sample orders, shipping, and inventory.
• Manage sample calendars, product archives, press clips, VIP records, and global reporting requirements.
• Analyze creator performance, develop benchmarks, and make recommendations for communications programs.
• Co-manage budgets, invoices, contracts, and administrative coordination with finance, legal, agency, and global teams.

Requirements

• College degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, or marketing.
• Strong understanding of fashion, retail, social, and digital trends and their influence on cultural conversations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, organization, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agency partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Launchmetrics, Traackr, and Sprinklr.
